On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Webull as planned according to its regulatory address that Unit 2509-12, 25/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The investigators arrived at The Gateway of Harbour City in Kowloon, Hong Kong for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 7, 2023. With a fabulous location in a prime tourism and commercial district in Tsim Sh Tsui, the commercial building boasts an ideal view of Victoria Harbor. Additionally, adjacent to bus station and ferry terminal, the tower is easily accessible by public transport within 8-minute walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui Station or East Tsim Sha Tsui Station of MTR. There’s a steady stream of people on the street in a clean and tidy surrounding environment.

Upon access to the building for further investigation, the survey personnel located the renowned shopping mall of Harbour City on the ground floor home to various the worlds top brand outlets.

And then the survey team proceeded to the 25th floor via the lift, and discovered from the floor directory that suite 2509-12 was occupied by “Webull Securities Limited”.

Webull Securities Limiteds company name, logo, and reception area could be clearly seen at the entrance of suite 2509-12. Despite being closed, the name and logo of Webull could also be prominently displayed in the office.

Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that the company has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Webull as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This indicates that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
