In these recent times when interest rates are quite frankly rubbish, CITIC Securities has, up to now, maintained their rates for existing accounts at a reasonable level. I have not encountered problems moving money back and forth. Withdrawals are credited within 10 minutes and deposits within an hour or two, possibly quicker but I don't always check straight away. I have also found online access to be fast and the site easy to navigate.
