JP Morgan's research report predicted that BUD APAC (01876.HK) +0.230 (+2.500%) Short selling $35.02M; Ratio 43.134% will track a larger-than-expected decline in mainland business in 2Q24, while its South Korean business will be galvanized by low base and rising prices.
The broker pointed out that BUD China also encountered the same problem as its peers in terms of subsiding consumer demand, as its greater exposure to the mid/ high-end segment and the benefits of inventory restocking by new live-house channel are gradually fading out.
JP Morgan cut its target price for BUD APAC from $11 to $9.8, maintaining a Neutral rating.
