TSNIL is one of the pioneer broker company in Nepal. It was incorporated on 9th Jan 1995 under the Company Act of Nepal as a limited company. It started its business activities on 15th March 1995 after obtaining license from Security Exchange Board of Nepal and Nepal Stock Exchange. It was allotted license number 29 by SEBON. We were among the first 32 brokers that were licensed to carry on the security trading business in Nepal.
