Reason for this visit

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Japan to visit broker 丸三証券as planned according to its regulatory address that 3-3-6 Kōjimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0083.

The investigators came to Kojimachi Front Building at 3-3-6 Kōjimachi in Chiyoda Ward of Tokyo, Japan for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 8, 2023. The commercial building boasts a fabulous location easily accessible via public transports within 1-minute walking distance from the Kojimachi Station. And the eye-catching company name of “丸三証券” could be seen at the entrance of the building. According to floor directory, the 2-8 floor were occupied by 丸三証券, and its headquarters’ sales department was located on the 2nd floor. However, people weren‘t allowed to visit the working area of the building without an access card or registration due to stringent security rules. Unfortunately, the survey personnel failed to pay a visit to the company’s office and take photos inside. So it is unable to know the exact business size of the company.

Through the on-site investigation, its confirmed that the broker has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Japan to visit broker 丸三証券as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. But the actual company size of the broker is undetermined due to the failure to pay an internal visit to its office. Therefore, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following a comprehensible consideration.
