On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Going Financial as planned according to its regulatory address that Suites 3101 – 3102,31/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hongkong.

The investigators came to The Gateway of Harbour City in the prime tourism and commercial district of Kowloon, Hong Kong for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 7, 2023. With a fabulous location adjacent to bus station and ferry terminal, commercial building is easily accessible by public transports within 8-minute walking distance from Tsim Sha Tsui Station or East Tsim Sha Tsui Station of MTR. There’s a steady stream of people on the nearby street in a clean and tidy surrounding environment.

Upon access to the building for further investigation, the survey personnel located the renowned shopping mall of Harbour City on the ground floor home to the worlds numerous top brand outlets.

And then the survey team proceeded to the 31st floor via the elevator, and discovered from the floor directory that unit 3101-2 is occupied by “Going International (HK) Financial Group Limited / Going International Innovative Technology (Hong Kong) Company Limited”.

The company name and logo of Going Financial could be clearly seen at unit 3101-2. Unfortunately, taking photos in the office wasnt available due to the access system. Therefore, the exact business size of the company is unknown.

Through an on-side investigation, it is confirmed that Going Financial has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong to visit broker Going Financial as scheduled, and found the companys name at its regulatory address. This indicates that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following a comprehensive consideration.
